书信的构成 书信由笺文及封文两部分构成。

笺文即写在信笺上的文字，也就是寄信人对收信人的招呼、问候、对话、祝颂等等。笺文是书信内容的主体，书信的繁简、俗雅及至其他方面的风格特征，几乎都由内容主体决定。封文即写在信封上的文字，也就是收信人的地址、姓名和寄信人的地址、姓名等等。封文是写给邮递人员看的，使邮递人员知道信从哪里来，寄往哪里去;万一投递找不到收信人，还能将信退给寄信人。完整的书信应该是笺文封文俱全，并且将笺文装入写好封文的信封内，然后将口封好付寄的。简明，扼要，短小，精确，通俗易懂第一步是确定演讲主题。此类试题答案组织中，首先要根据题意拟定一个鲜明夺目的主题，主题的拟定最好能够顾及公共卫生特点。在确定主题的基础上，进行第二步：筛选材料。所选取的历史材料必须紧密围绕主题服务，这是做到宣传的关键所在，因为你的论点提出，必须是基于对公共卫生宣传的内容的提炼，不能是凭空杜撰。第三步是按演讲稿的结构进行写作，演讲稿的结构一般分为开场白、主干、结束语三部分，核心是主干部分的写作，此部分写作中，要做到有论，内容与论结合，同时兼顾语言逻辑性和优美性。

书信是相隔较远，暂时见不到面的人们相互交流情感与思想的工具。书信拥有悠久的历史且世界各国的人们都有使用。书信在人类的交流与沟通的历史上占有重要地位。在手机，电话与电脑这些简单快捷的交流工具遍布全球的今天，仍有一部分人情愿使用书信来互通信息。

建议书是指个人、单位或集体向有关单位或上级机关和领导，就某项工作提出某种建议时使用的一种常用书信。

八、书信和演讲稿哪个需要此致敬礼？

书信的格式比较规范，在正文结束后应该有“此致，敬礼”。演讲稿在结束演讲时不必写“此致敬礼”，只需要面对听众表达自己的敬意即可。

十、演讲稿的格式，书信的格式，建议书的格式？

中文书信标准格式 ①称呼：顶格，有的还可以加上一定的限定、修饰词，如亲爱的等。

②问候语：如写“你好”、“近来身体是否安康”等。独立成段，不可直接接下文。否则，就会违反构段意义单一的要求，变成多义段了。③正文。这是信的主体，可以分为若干段来书写。④祝颂语。以最一般的“此致”、“敬礼”为例。“此致”可以有两种正确的位置来进行书写，一是紧接着主体正文之后，不另起段，不加标点；二是在正文之下另起一行空两格书写。“敬礼”写在“此致”的下一行，顶格书写。后应该加上一个惊叹号，以表示祝颂的诚意和强度。称呼和祝颂语后半部分的顶格，是对收信人的一种尊重。是古代书信“抬头”传统的延续。古人书信为竖写，行文涉及对方收信人姓名或称呼，为了表示尊重，不论书写到何处，都要把对方的姓名或称呼提到下一行的顶头书写。它的基本做法，为现代书信所吸收。⑤具名和日期。写信人的姓名或名字，写在祝颂语下方空一至二行的右侧。最好还要在写信人姓名之前写上与收信人的关系，如儿×××、父×××、你的朋友×××等。再下一行写日期。如果忘了写某事，则可以在日期下空一行、再空两格写上“又附”，再另起行书写未尽事宜。
