交往礼仪的基本要求是什么

1、适度原则即交往应把握礼仪分寸,根据具体情况、具体情境而行使相应的礼仪,如在与人交往时,既要彬彬有礼,又不能低三下四;既要热情大方,又不能轻浮谄谀;要自尊却不能自负;要坦诚但不能粗鲁。
2、自信自律原则是社交场合中一个心理健康的原则,唯有对自己充满信心,才能如鱼得水,得心应手。自信是社交场合中一份很可贵的心理素质。一个有充分自信心的人,才能在交往中不卑不亢、落落大方,遇到强者不自惭。
