衣服的话带点短袖(3-4件应该差不多了,你也可以稍微多带点),带2件薄外套(早晚较凉,飞机上也比较凉,带件外套上飞机会好点),再带把伞就行了(时不时下雨..反正也不是很重,就带着吧..)，剩下的衣物参照28-30度左右的衣物带~英国还是挺凉快的~
随身行李的话,化妆品啥的,超过100ml的瓶子一律托运，别带上飞机
肉制品别带，饮料可以托运，但是不能带在身上（安检的时候会让你扔掉..），过了安检在里面买水好了~别的也没啥
没明白行李过关是啥意思，只要没有易燃易爆和一些别的违禁品那肯定能顺利过关的~
